One email a day for fourteen days, at your chosen evening time and time zone. Uses your verified account email. Does not include assessment guidance or graduate follow-ups.
Your answers and writing are not included. Each option needs its own choice; enabling one never enables the others. Stop all optional emails in Email settings.

Stay in touch, optionally
Three reflection emails, sent 7, 16 and 46 days after you verify your email (the Day 21, 30 and 60 reflections). No account needed. Does not add daily reminders or assessment guidance.
We use your contact details, language, dated consent and limited verification/delivery metadata; never your reflective answers, scores or writing. One unsubscribe link in every follow-up withdraws the contact request and stops the graduate sequence. Privacy
Assessment result and purpose guidance
A new assessment email journey sends your result first, followed by two purpose-guidance emails about 2 and 6 days later. Does not add daily reset reminders or graduate follow-ups.
Choose “Email my result” beside your assessment result so you can review it before submitting.

Enter the address receiving the messages. We will stop daily reminders, graduate contact and follow-ups, and assessment guidance for that address, including graduate requests awaiting verification. If you used more than one address, repeat for each. No sign-in is required.
This keeps your account, writing and access. Necessary sign-in, verification and billing emails are separate. Messages already sent cannot be recalled. If cancellation is not confirmed, we will say so and you can retry.
