Subscription and refund policy
Business policy approved October 17, 2026. This page explains membership billing; it does not claim a completed independent legal review.
Price and automatic renewal
$29 per month or $290 per year. Renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel renewal from My Data → Manage subscription. Paid access continues through the period you purchased.
The annual price is charged once for the year, not as twelve monthly payments. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. The free 14-day reset does not start a paid subscription or charge you automatically.
Cancel renewal yourself
Sign in → My Data → Manage subscription → cancel in Stripe. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues through the purchased billing period. Stripe shows the cancellation result. If you cannot use the billing portal, contact billing support below. No explanation or phone call is required to cancel through the portal.
14-day refund window
Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of an initial subscription payment or renewal. No personal explanation is required. A full refund stops the refunded subscription and ends that paid access after processing; your writing is not deleted.
After 14 days, ordinary cancellation does not provide a prorated refund. Contact support about duplicate or erroneous charges or exceptional circumstances. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
The window starts at the successful payment time. Include the account email and invoice reference when requesting help; do not include card numbers or private reflections. Until automated refund processing is verified and enabled, request a refund using the billing contact below. The refund policy applies even while that automation is being prepared.
Cancellation alone does not issue a refund. A processed refund returns money to the original payment method; bank processing time can vary. A pending request is not a completed refund.
Your writing and account
Cancellation, a refund and deletion of your writing or account are separate choices. Your writing is not deleted when you cancel or receive a refund. My Data provides export and reflective-data deletion; full account deletion starts with a separate request. Existing privacy commitments continue.
