How can we help?
Contact Robert for account or technical help. Corey offers automated on-page guidance; it cannot inspect your account or payments.
Sign-in and saved writing
Use the same sign-in method and account you used before. Email sign-in and ChatGPT sign-in are separate accounts, even when the email address matches. Free-reset notes stay in the browser where you wrote them.

Payment or saving errors
Check your account and receipt before paying again. If a save fails, keep a copy of any visible unsaved words before refreshing. In a support request, describe the screen, time and device; do not include private reflections, payment-card details or sign-in links.
